About the Mechanical Department

The Department of Mechanical Engineering was started in the academic year 2011-2012 with an aim to achieve high ideals and there by producing imminent mechanical engineers to the nation. The department has an excellent infrastructure with modernized laboratory facilities such as Manufacturing Technology Lab, Thermal Lab, Fluid Mechanics Lab, Strength of Materials Lab, Mechatronics Lab, Dynamics Lab, CAM Lab, CAD Lab and Metrology Lab with high elevated RCC roofing and growing in phenomenal level.

The department has highly qualified and well experienced faculty members. The teaching and non teaching staff members are energetic and enthusiastic to mould the mechanical engineering students. They also show much involvement in the curricular and co curricular activities like Academic Committee, NBA activities, ISO works, Discipline committee, Mentoring and  etc.
